| In the world of heroes and villains, superheroes and supervillains, this guy is, well, a minor villain at best. Los Angeles is a tough city to strike fear into, but he's sure if he can make it there, it'll only take a hop, skip, and jump from there to taking over the world. As long as his arch-nemesis Captain Hammer doesn't dislocate his shoulder. Again. Alter ego Billy, on the other hand, just wants to get with Penny and cure all the social and political illnesses of the world. He's not a bad guy. Just misguided. And awkward. Don't forget really, really awkward. *** He's played AU, but that's almost expected given how tiny his actual canon is. Everything, from his past to his last name, are just things that I've made up to fit the character. He promised Penny not to go to the ceremony and therefore never had his death ray explode everywhere. And life goes on from there.
